I rediscovered my love for knitting in February 2006, just 4 days after my beloved cat, Max, passed away. I was scheduled to go with some friends to a stamping/scrapbooking weekend, and at first, I didn’t want to go because I thought I wouldn’t make for good company. But, my friends encouraged me to go and on that trip I was reintroduced to knitting, and have been knitting ever since.
In addition to knitting, I also enjoy reading mystery novels, stamping, scrapbooking, working out, and recently have become addicted to playing games on the Nintendo DS and Wii.

I see that you have a knitting group in Royal Oak.
I live in Royal Oak, and would love to join a
group as I am an avid knitter. I would love
to meet others who share my love of all things
yarn. I also do some charity knitting. Thanks
so much!

I’m a teenager who began knitting and crocheting as a young girl. I didn’t think that so many people knew how to do either anymore, so I’m really glad I found your podcast. I really like the tips that you’ve included that helped you get through some of your projects. I love the yarn stash you have! You’ve given me so many ideas on how to organize my projects and stash already. Thanks so much! Keep up the podcast work. I’m glad I found yours!
